We want you to love everything you receive from sugarnest! If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee

A shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hammademir@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm your return request within 1-2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days (minus ₹100 shipping fee).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items
